Elected and Appointed Government Officials

Joey Songy continues an impressive string of those that hold the title as Governor’s Chief of Staff.  He came up through the staff ranks and previously held the positions of policy adviser, counsel, and policy director in Governor Bryant’s administration.

A lawyer from Purvis, there’s not much that happens anywhere in Phil Bryant’s universe that Joey is not intimately familiar with.  In addition to policy and the administration of Bryant’s staff, he is on the board of directors for Mississippi EdNet and Mississippi Telehealth Association.
