Mike McCormick, President – Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation
No one swings a bigger stick in the agriculture community in Mississippi than Mississippi Farm Bureau’s Mike McCormick. He continues to work to provide a voice for Mississippi agriculture in legislative arenas, promote farm markets and serve as a leader in the state’s agricultural community on local, state, national and international levels.
McCormick serves as the tenth president of the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation, the largest and strongest general farm organization in Mississippi, with more than 177,000 member families in 82 county Farm Bureaus. In his role, he strives to fulfill Farm Bureau’s mission “to create an environment in which Mississippi farmers, ranchers, and Farm Bureau members can have a better life and make a better living.”
McCormick graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
