Mississippi’s Top 50 Most Influential
Clifton Carroll is a strategic communications and public affairs specialist at BullsEye Public Affairs, a sister company to Capitol Resources. He also serves as Executive Director of The Skills Foundation of Mississippi, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing Mississippi’s supply of skilled workers in critical industries.
Previously, Clifton was the Communications Director for Governor Tate Reeves’ re-election campaign, and served as Policy Advisor and Legislative Liaison in the Governor’s office.
He was a delegate to the 2024 RNC Convention in Milwaukee and is a member of the Mississippi Republican Party Executive Committee.
