Roy Anderson III is Chairman and CEO of AnderCorp, LLC, the construction firm he co-founded with his son, Roy Anderson IV. The company specializes in general construction and construction management services.
An experienced business leader whose career has significantly influenced the construction landscape in Mississippi and the Southeastern United States, Anderson has guided the company to remarkable growth, doubling in size annually with hundreds of millions in revenue through impactful projects. AnderCorp is currently engaged in high-profile projects, including the $270 million Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana, the Jim and Thomas Duff Center at MS State University, the new Department of Public Safety Headquarters, and the UMMC School of Nursing.
Anderson began his career in 1982 at Roy Anderson Corp (RAC), the company his late father founded. As President and CEO, he expanded the firm into one of the Southeast’s most prominent construction companies, completing over $7 billion in projects. The firm’s success led to its acquisition by a publicly traded company in 2011, where Roy continued to serve as CEO of RAC until 2017.
A graduate of the University of AL and the University of MS School of Law, Roy also serves on numerous private and public boards.
